Client Proposal
The following outlines three ways we can work together through Work of Art Global, each thoughtfully designed to support your goals while meeting you where you are today.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, these tiers provide flexible entry points that balance ambition with practicality, ensuring meaningful progress at every level of engagement. No matter the path chosen, every partnership is rooted in strategic clarity, elevated execution, and outcomes designed to endure.
Inbound Sales & Booking Support (Tier 1)
Engagement Type: Agency provides executional support for existing inbound demand. This structure reflects market-rate inbound sales execution support delivered by an external agency.
Scope of Work:
• Manage and respond to assigned inbound inquiries (email, phone, text)
• Support scheduling and execution of venue tours
• Maintain and progress leads within the CRM
• Follow up on active prospects through booking
• Support closing of standard bookings using existing pricing and systems
• Light social posting when content is provided by the client
Exclusions:
• No revenue strategy or pricing optimization
• No systems build-out, automation, or CRM redesign
• No outbound partnerships or proactive growth initiatives
• No responsibility for increasing average event value
• No brand repositioning or content strategy ownership
Investment:
• Monthly Agency Retainer: $6,000 - $7,500
• Event Booking Fee: 5–7% of venue rental revenue booked
Expected Revenue Impact
• Maintains current performance range
• ~3–6 events per month
• Average event value: $10k–$13k
• Estimated monthly gross revenue: $30k–$78k
ROI Summary: Stabilizes and supports existing inbound demand with limited upside beyond current performance. Best suited for maintaining momentum, not scaling.
Sales & Systems Growth Alignment (Tier 2)
Engagement Type: Agency focuses on improving conversion, consistency, and scalability through revenue optimization & sales systems support. This reflects senior-level sales systems and revenue optimization delivered via agency services.
Scope of Work:
Includes all Inbound Sales & Booking Support services, plus:
• Improve close rates through structured follow-up systems
• Design standardized venue tour flow and sales scripts
• Implement scheduling and CRM automation (e.g., Calendly workflows)
• Support pricing refinement and package clarity
• Develop sales collateral (deck, FAQ, proposal templates)
• Align social content planning with revenue goals (corporate + brand)
Exclusions
• No full brand repositioning
• No ownership of long-term partnership negotiations
• No full filming or location-scout strategy ownership
• No facilities or operational management outside revenue functions
Investment
• Monthly Agency Retainer: $7,500–$9,000

Expected Revenue Impact
• Achieves stated goal of ~10–12 events per month
• Average event value: $10k–$13k
• Estimated monthly gross revenue: $100k–$156k
ROI Summary: Converts more of what is already coming in by improving systems, discipline, and follow-through—realistically doubling monthly bookings without increasing lead volume.
Full Growth & Revenue Partnership (Tier 3)
Engagement Type: Agency acts as an external growth partner focused on expansion, margin growth, and owner leverage. This reflects a true revenue partnership, not staff augmentation.
Scope of Work:
Includes all Tier 2 services, plus:
• Revenue strategy across events, filming, and weekday utilization
• Corporate, brand, and filming client acquisition strategy
• Preferred vendor monetization and bar revenue modeling
• Social media strategy directly tied to bookings and demand
• Film/location-scout positioning and outreach strategy
• Systems roadmap and hiring advisory (coordination, content capture)
• Growth planning aligned with ownership objectives
Exclusions:
• No facilities management or janitorial oversight
• No city permitting, compliance, or regulatory responsibility
• No internal HR or payroll administration
Investment:

Expected Revenue Impact
• 12+ events per month plus filming and weekday activations
• Increased average event value and higher-margin bookings
• Estimated monthly gross revenue: $160k–$200k+
ROI Summary: Unlocks step-change growth by expanding the event mix, increasing revenue per booking, and installing scalable systems that materially raise revenue while reducing owner bandwidth.
