Company: Work of Art Global (WOAG)
About the Role
Work of Art Global (WOAG) is a creative agency that transforms brands into experiences people feel. We craft strategy, content, and immersive activations for leading names in wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle — blending artistry with analytics to create cultural impact.
We’re seeking a Social Media Intern to join our growing team and help shape WOAG’s digital voice across platforms. You’ll assist in developing and executing content that connects — from brand storytelling and visual strategy to trend research and engagement. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about design, culture, and storytelling, eager to learn how strategy turns into influence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Assist in content planning and scheduling using tools like Later or Planoly to maintain a cohesive visual grid.
Conduct trend, competitor, and audience research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Help develop copywriting and captioning that align with WOAG’s brand voice — intentional, artful, and human.
Support photo and video shoots, including BTS documentation and short-form video editing for Reels and stories.
Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to assess content performance and optimize strategies.
Engage with community members, collaborators, and brand partners to build authentic online relationships.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for brand campaigns and content themes.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for branding, storytelling, and creative strategy.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn trends.
Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut a plus.
Interest in photography, video production, or creative direction.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
You’re Our Perfect Match If
You’re curious, creative, and culture-obsessed — always tracking what’s next.
You understand that strategy and storytelling go hand-in-hand.
You’re organized and adaptable, comfortable balancing multiple projects.
You see social media not just as content, but as community and conversation.
You’re excited to grow alongside a creative agency shaping the future of brand experiences.
Why You’ll Love Working With WOAG
At WOAG, you’ll be part of a collaborative creative team where ideas are valued, mentorship is intentional, and innovation is encouraged. You’ll gain hands-on experience across content strategy, branding, and experiential marketing — building a portfolio that reflects real-world impact.
