About the Role
Work of Art Global (WOAG) is a creative agency turning brands into experiences people feel — building strategy, content, and immersive activations that merge artistry with analytics for brands across wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle.
We’re seeking a Brand & Communications Manager to shape the voice and vision of WOAG and our client brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, marketing, and storytelling — overseeing how our agency shows up across every touchpoint, from digital presence to experiential campaigns. You’ll manage communications strategy, social media, PR, and brand partnerships, helping to translate creative ideas into cultural impact.
This is a highly collaborative role for a strategic storyteller who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and understands how to build brands that connect emotionally and perform commercially.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop, refine, and implement brand strategies that strengthen WOAG’s market presence and align with company growth goals.Content & Communications
Oversee creation of marketing content, case studies, social media, newsletters, and thought leadership aligned with WOAG’s brand voice and aesthetic.Public Relations & Partnerships
Manage external communications, media outreach, and brand collaborations to expand visibility and engagement.Campaign Management
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for both WOAG and client projects, integrating digital, experiential, and influencer strategy.Social Media Strategy
Lead platform growth and content planning across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels; oversee the Social Media Intern.Creative Collaboration
Work with the Creative Director and design team to ensure storytelling is consistent across visuals, copy, and experience.Analytics & Optimization
Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement in engagement, conversion, and brand equity.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
Deep understanding of brand storytelling, digital strategy, and creative campaign development.
Strong writing, copy editing, and storytelling skills with an intuitive grasp of tone and audience.
Experience managing social media strategy, PR initiatives, and influencer or partnership programs.
Strong visual sensibility and ability to collaborate with design, photo, and video teams.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
